Welcome to our blog! Ted and I have set up this blog to keep our friends and family updated on the latest with Ted's tumor and his treatment.
Our motto this week is "Get the fu@%er out!"
Sorry for the nasty language, but that's our name for his tumor. It represents our anger and hatred for this nasty "thing" that has turned our world upside down. I also hope you see that we're trying to have a sense of humor.

Those of you who know Ted well can appreciate his sense of humor, and his frequent laughter. Despite the tough couple of months we've had getting to Ted's diagnosis, Ted's laughter and joking have not subsided. He continues to joke, and giggle, and make us all smile!
Ted's surgery is scheduled for Tuesday, June 10th at 7:30am. That is when they'll take the
fu@%er out and replace his knee and a large portion of his femur.
I'll end by saying that we are so grateful for the amazing family, friends, and coworkers we have! We have been offered many words of kindness, support, and prayers. Keep it up. We couldn't do it without you!

Hi Holly and Ted. Glad you decided to do the Blog. We are sure everything will work out fine. Mom is looking forward to seeing you both on the 17th. Keep your spirits up and if that doesn't work -- DRINK ALOT !!!
